We’re looking for a 10× Engineering Lead to build the technical foundation of this system.
This is a foundational role with real ownership — shaping architecture, systems, and engineering culture, not just shipping features.

You will:
- Design and own Praan’s core platform and applications end-to-end
- Build systems that power real-world healthcare operations
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high-caliber engineering team
- Establish strong engineering practices around quality, velocity, and maintainability
- Turn technology into a growth and efficiency lever across the business
- Work closely with founders and leaders on product, strategy, and execution
You are:
- Experienced in building 0→1 or 1→10 products used by real customers
- A systems thinker — not just feature-focused
- Strong on ownership and comfortable moving without perfect clarity
- Deeply opinionated about code quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability
