Fully Personalized Rehab & Nutrition Plan

  • Customized exercise modifications based on your pain levels, movement restrictions, and recovery needs from our expert team of nutritionists and dietitians.

  • Anti-inflammatory diet tailored to reduce joint pain and support musculoskeletal health.

  • Weekly check-in calls to track compliance, progress, and adjust plans as needed.

Doctor Consultations (3-4 Times in 90 Days)

  • A dedicated physiotherapist and/or doctor will review your musculoskeletal history, injuries, and movement patterns.

  • The doctor will sign off on your strength & mobility training plan to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Optional Mental Health Support

  • Monthly calls with a registered psychologist to address chronic pain coping strategies, stress, and mental resilience.

Extreme Communication & Accountability

  • A dedicated WhatsApp group with your coach, physiotherapist, and Navneeth Ramprasad himself.

  • Ongoing support for progress updates, check-ins, plan adjustments, and real-time guidance.
